Where your weird is welcome
In 2017, we started our wild and wonderful journey of craft beer. We began in an old paper mill, 10 minutes down the road in Plaza Midwood, with the principles of community, fun, and good beer. Today, we still carry those values and have expanded not only our selection - but also our reach in the community.
Since the beginning, we've had an appreciation for assertive, hop-forward beers like our flagship, Lightning Drops - a hazy and citrusy IPA. Although we're best known for our hop-forward ales, no style is off limits for us; from silky lagers to mouth-puckering sours, to nuanced seltzers and style-defying THC-infused beverages.
Beer is what we're known for, but we are passionately invested in our home city, Charlotte. Our motto "where your weird is welcome", is us wanting everyone to feel comfortable and at home in our space. We are so excited to be in the heart of the city and sharing our favorites with you and your loved ones. Come visit us at The Market - we can't wait to see your weird.
Why I Love the Market
The Market at 7th Street is full of diversity, passion, and heart. All the vendors inside the market have created an amazing community in which they do what they love, and we get to see it first hand every day! Every day, there is a new business popping up, whether they offer candles, jewelry, or Caribbean food, it is so inspiring to see people who are in love with what they do and what they make to share with others. The Market at 7th Street is the first of its kind in North Carolina, and over the years, this venue has not only protected its uniqueness, but it has also created a space to gather, where all are welcome. We are so thankful to be apart of the Market's mission and can't wait to share it with you!
